Imagine how quickly your blog would grow if you could create blog posts in 20 minutes or less. Three minutes per day would be all you need to produce a new blog post each week. If you could find a spare 20 minutes each day, you’d be able to put out new blog posts daily.
With stock content, you can make this a reality and start producing blog posts at record speed. If you’re not familiar with stock content, it’s content that you have a license to use, edit, and publish as your own. All the research and writing is done for you, so even if you’re not a fast writer, using stock content allows you to consistently create blog posts in under 20 minutes.
Keep reading for a step by step guide on using stock content to create blog posts quickly.
Getting Ready to Use Stock Content on Your Blog
Stock content is a great tool but to get the most out of it, you need to always have some blog post ideas on hand. Otherwise, you’ll be spending time coming up with ideas whenever you want to create new blog posts, and it will be difficult to get them done in 20 minutes.
The best way to always have blog post ideas on hand is to make collecting ideas part of your routine. Dedicate some time each week to researching blog post ideas and then whenever you want to create a new blog post, you’ll have a long list of ideas to choose from.
If you’re not sure how to come up with blog ideas, you can use a tool called Serpstat to look at the most popular posts on related blogs and use these as blog post ideas.
Simply search for a popular website in your niche. In this example it's “top10homeremedies.com”.
Then select “SEO Research” from the menu on the left.
From here, select “Top Pages”. This will bring up a list of the most popular pages on the site.
You can then look at the topics covered in these posts and add them to your list of blog post ideas. Do this with multiple blogs and you’ll be able to easily come up with hundreds of blog post ideas.
Once you have your list of ideas, you’re ready to start creating blog posts in 20 minutes or less.
This is a two-step process which involves:
1. Finding stock content to use as the basis of your blog post (5 minutes)
2. Editing the stock content to make it unique (15 minutes)
Finding Stock Content to Use as the Basis of Your Blog Post (5 Minutes)
To begin, take one of the ideas from your list. For this example, we’ll take the top post from “Top 10 Home Remedies” which is about getting rid of pimples fast.
Next, search for stock content based on this idea in the Tribe Bloom Content Pass catalog. With a Tribe Bloom Content Pass membership, you get access to thousands of pieces of stock content that you can use to quickly create blog posts.
For this example, “acne” would be a good search term as it encompasses pimples and other similar skin conditions.
When you run the search, you’ll see a list of stock content packs that are related to the search term. You can then look through these packs and decide which one to use as a basis for your blog post.
For this example, we’ll use the Acne PLR pack.
This pack contains five articles and the following three titles could be used to create blog posts that focus on getting rid of pimples fast:
• Types of Acne Treatment
• Acne and Diet
• Acne Skincare
Articles are the easiest type of stock content to convert into blog posts. However, if you find an eBook or report that focuses on the topic you’re searching for, you can take parts of the text and use it to create a blog post.
When you’ve found a stock content pack you want to use, click the download button.
After the stock content pack has finished downloading, open the specific piece of stock content that you want to use as the basis of your blog post in your preferred text editing program.
Editing the Stock Content to Create a Unique Blog Post (15 Minutes)
Editing the stock content is optional but highly recommended if you want to get the best possible results from your blog post. It makes your blog post unique, ensures that you stand out from the competition, and helps you develop a deeper connection with your audience.
To begin editing, think of how you can adapt the stock content to make it unique to your blog. The specific edits you make will vary depending on the topic of the stock content and the nature of your blog. However, some possible edits could include:
Adding your own personal stories and experiences to the stock content. For example, if you were using the “Acne and Diet” article, you could add a story about a dietary change that helped clear your pimples quickly.
Adding your opinion to the content. For example, the “Types of Acne Treatment” article focuses on both traditional acne medications and natural acne treatments. If you were using this article on a natural health blog, you could add text that talks about the negative side effects of many traditional acne medications and the benefits of natural acne treatments to make it more opinionated.
Mentioning other relevant pieces of content such as blog posts, products, and free downloads. For example, part of the “Acne Skincare” article talks about the relationship between acne and vitamin intake. If you were using this article on a natural health blog which also has posts about vitamins, you could add text that talks about these posts and link to them in the article.
You should be able to complete these edits in 15 minutes or less because the bulk of the content has been written for you. All you have to do is read through the stock content and adapt certain sections to make it unique.
Once the edits are done, you’ll have a unique blog post that’s ready to publish.
